Sitting in Starbucks, over a latte and a frappuccino, we mulled over how to describe ourselves. We joked, doodled on a napkin, and got sidetracked by the people and the music in the shop. Sometime during the conversation, Ben instinctually reached across the table and put his hand over mine. And we sat for a moment - or maybe a few - completely content.

I think that this scenario describes us perfectly.

We are low key. We enjoy life. And most importantly, we are comfortable with ourselves, and each other.

We developed a passion for photography after we developed a passion for people. Being able to have those two worlds collide into one career is fabulous. Gathering inspiration from the amazing individuals who venture in front of our cameras is rewarding and refreshing - and we never, ever get tired of it.

To call this a "job" seems unfair. Photography, for us, is a creative outlet - an interest that we can pursue and grow in together.

As a husband and wife team, we believe that we bring two unique perspectives to the table. Plus, we happen to get along pretty great. :)

Our hope is that our style says a lot about who we are - genuine, enthusiastic, innovative, and compassionate. We like to bring a whole lot of laughter and energy into our world - and we would love to have the opportunity to be a part of yours. :)

3. We dig good acoustic music. Well, we really dig all good music.

4. We have a sweet tea weakness.

5. We have a 70 lb. black lab named Putter who thinks he’s a lap dog.

6. We think that Jim Gaffigan may be one of the funniest people on the planet.

7. We are super tight with our families. They rock.

8. We can’t imagine a world without Chick-Fil-A.
